Hotel Green Dragon, Welton by Marston's Inns (Brough, United Kingdom)

Welton is a small place but sits very close to Lincoln. Many previous guests have chosen the hotel due to the location as its a quieter setting away from noise and traffic giving them a more peaceful stay but still being close to all local amenities.

All of the staff are very welcoming and create a warm atmosphere for guests. Previous reviews mention they are happy to help and are well worth tipping at mealtimes.

The food served at breakfast is very good and there is a large selection to choose from either cold or cooked. There are many positive reviews from previous people who have stayed as well as reviews about the evening meals.

The rooms unfortunately have received negative comments from previous guests due to the cleanliness when they have stayed. Mainly due to being dusty as well as carpets being dirty.

The bathrooms appear mouldy due to the extractors not working very well. This creates a damp musty smell when showering as they condensation cannot clear. Guests have complained about this issue which does not seem to have been resolved.

The reviews left regarding the price are negative due to the condition of the rooms and the pub in comparison to the price. Those who have expressed their views have said the hotel needs money spending on it, it appears old and tatty in places and needs a revamp.
