The hotel is close to various amenities in the area and thus guests do not have to travel far to shop, dine or have a good time. The rooms are large, clean and have a great view and there are various modes of transport available to guests.

Guestrooms are spacious, warm and very clean. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable and the bathrooms are well maintained. The kitchens are quite well equipped and have a microwave, kettle and toaster among other appliances.

The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming and make you feel at home as you check-in at the front desk. They are very chivalrous and make you look forward to your stay at the hotel. Most are ready to suggest nearby attractions that they think might be of interest to guests.

Some guests found the hotel to be a bit noisy as it was just next to the main road. Noise also traveled easily from room to room and was a major concern for those who had noisy neighbors.

A number of guests were disappointed by the slow Wi-Fi reception. The speeds are only suitable for light web browsing and guests who want to stream videos or handle large files will find it very hard to do so.

A number of guests complained about the lack of entertaining channels. Most complaints were raised by regarding the state of the TVs being old and not LEDs. Some also felt disappointed due to the limited selections on offer.
