Most previous guests had a positive experience when it came to interacting with the motel's staff members. The service delivered has been typically described as helpful and kind.

Whilst far from the most central, the location of the accommodation was valued by the majority of past visitors. As well as downtown Penticton being a little over five minutes away by car, the benefit of the Cherry Lane Shopping Centre being within walking distance was appreciated at times.

Although they have reportedly undergone renovations in certain areas, the condition of the rooms was routinely lambasted by past visitors that stayed at the accommodation. From noisy air conditioning units to dated and distressed furnishings, various problems have been mentioned about the rooms.

Numerous former guests were left upset about the hygiene levels of the motel's rooms. Along with general cleanliness issues such as stained floors and dirty bathtubs encountered on occasion, the regularity of the housekeeping was also questioned.

With not even standard amenities such as a breakfast option or complimentary toiletries, the accommodation has developed a reputation of being decidedly bare bones in what it offers. To an extent, this has also resulted in previous visitors criticising the overall value for money provided.
