Better than 3-Stars
A number of guests say the hotel's operational standards are deserving of a higher star level than its current 3-star rating. Contemporary, comfortable and immaculately kept rooms, super-fast Wi-Fi, beautiful breakfasts, service-orientated staff and more than reasonable room rates combine to ensure an amazing hospitality experience.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms Require A/C
Very occasionally a guest has problems sleeping because of the in-room temperatures. A lack of air conditioning means that rooms can get extremely hot and stuffy, and while windows can be opened, this brings with it its own issues, namely noise from the busy street below.
negative:
Expensive Breakfast
Whilst many reviewers are quick to praise the continental breakfast offerings and the staff that serve them, some take issue with the high cost incurred. A number of guests suggest breaking your fast in one of many surrounding eateries which are equally delicious, but half the price.

Tiny Trouble
Negative comments relating to this hotel are exceptionally few and far between. Historically, a guest might grumble about gloomy lighting, noisy neighbours or tight car-parking spaces, but these are isolated instances over long periods, suggesting they are the exception, not the norm.
