Set on its own extensive grounds right on the beach, Glory Beach Resort offers guests simple self catering accommodation with extensive resort amenities available on-site. The two and three bedroom apartments are elegantly furnished, and feature air conditioning, separate bedrooms, basic kitchenettes and living and dining areas with flat screen TV’s. Glory Beach has extensive resort facilities, including enormous pool terrace, steambath, tennis court, beach volleyball, basketball and squash court. There are children’s play areas, and a special feature is a turtle hatchery right on the hotels private beach. Karah Café serves all meals. It specialises in tasty Malaysian cuisine, with a few added international favourites. The Glory Sport Bar often features live entertainment and is a great spot to chill out with a drink. The focus is definitely on the resort and the beach out front, but avid golfers will find the Port Dickson Golf Cub just seven miles south of the resort.

Though reviews were mixed, the fact is that the hotel has its own turtle hatchery on the beach in front, and guests, especially those with children, enjoyed going down to the beach to watch what was going on with them.

Though not a universal feeling, quite a few guest speak of a resort that has seen better days, but only a very, every long time ago. In their opinion, the resort is showing significant signs of decay that only a full and comprehensive refurbishment would be able to arrest.
There were a very large number of complaints surrounding cleanliness to be found. Many guests found their rooms to be unacceptably dirty on check-in, an even had to resort to a thorough clean themselves so that they would be a bit more comfortable staying there. The public areas, especially the pool, also come in for a lot of criticism, with guests saying the pool was dirty and murky.
A large number of guests were disappointed to find that there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms. It only worked around the reception area. Considering how central connectivity is nowadays they did not find that acceptable.
