Hotel Glory Beach Resort (Port Dickson, Malaysia)

The hotel and pool terrace face west, and it seems quite a few guests took a pause in their day to admire the sunset over the ocean, which they described beautiful.

Though reviews were mixed, the fact is that the hotel has its own turtle hatchery on the beach in front, and guests, especially those with children, enjoyed going down to the beach to watch what was going on with them.

The hotel faces west over the ocean, so guests in the front facing rooms tended to be very impressed with the lovely views, especially at sunset.

Though not a universal feeling, quite a few guest speak of a resort that has seen better days, but only a very, every long time ago. In their opinion, the resort is showing significant signs of decay that only a full and comprehensive refurbishment would be able to arrest.

There were a very large number of complaints surrounding cleanliness to be found. Many guests found their rooms to be unacceptably dirty on check-in, an even had to resort to a thorough clean themselves so that they would be a bit more comfortable staying there. The public areas, especially the pool, also come in for a lot of criticism, with guests saying the pool was dirty and murky.

A large number of guests were disappointed to find that there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms. It only worked around the reception area. Considering how central connectivity is nowadays they did not find that acceptable.
