The staff members have received an array of glowing reviews based on their friendly and caring nature towards guests. Staff members give off the impression that they are genuinely concerned about how guests enjoy their stay and make sure they do whatever they can to help in all circumstances.

Without even leaving the premises, guests have been entertained. Be it by enjoying the outdoor pool, lounging around it, playing tennis or enjoying the live entertainment offered, guests have always found something to do at this hotel during all hours of the day.

Reviews indicate that the on-site restaurant at this hotel is a big plus. Offering a range of food items for every meal, guests need not leave this hotel in order to find a quality meal. The on-site bar has also received several good reviews and has been highly rated.

Although Wi-Fi is offered at this hotel, it is subject to a time period. For only a certain number of minutes guests can use the Wi-Fi, but when the time is over it will kick guests off the system. Guests have therefore not been extremely impressed with the 'free Wi-Fi' supposedly offered.

For English speaking guests, a considerable language barrier exists as this hotel is predominantly French speaking. This includes staff members, entertainment as well as other guests.

Although guest rooms do include a ceiling fan, they are at a loss for an air-conditioning unit. The fan does help slightly but the rooms do still get rather stuffy and uncomfortable during a guest's stay and reviews suggest that the addition of an air-conditioning system would go a long way.
