Hotel Globales Lord Nelson (Sant Tomás, Spain)

This was by far the thing that guests most appreciated about the Lord Nelson. Guests loved that it was right on St.Tomás Beach, so they could just stroll down there any time the mood took them.

The second favourite feature seemed to be the pool terrace. If not on the beach, this seemed to be where guests would spend most of their time. There didn't seem to be many problems with finding sun beds, and guests also liked being able to order drinks and simple meals while poolside.

It was very difficult to find any guests who had issues with the cleanliness of their room. On the contrary, many guests went out of their way to say how impressed they were that there rooms were so clean.

The Lord Nelson has Wi-Fi available throughout the property, but has a policy of charging for all but the most basic access. Guests felt that, considering the way people use connectivity nowadays, it is a basic commodity and as such they felt it should have been included in their room-rate.

Several guests commented that their shower was comically small. Even people describing themselves as fairly small mentioned that they found it very awkward to shower properly in such a tiny space.

Several guests were shocked by what they described as an almost total lack of power points in their rooms. Some even had to resort to charging their gadgets from the electric razor point in the bathroom.
