Hotel Glenridge Beach & Golf Resort (Albufeira, Portugal)

Again and again guests mentioned how amazing the staff at Glenridge were. They were described as incredibly friendly, and always willing to help guests out with providing information or trying to resolve an issue.

Guests liked the pool itself, describing it as quite large, but what they liked even more was that it was relatively uncrowded. Even in peak season guests spoke about not really having any trouble finding a sun bed to wile away an afternoon in.

While guests did seem to have a couple of issues with the apartments, their size was not one of them. On the contrary, they were described as incredibly spacious, and more than large enough for all the people in their party.

Surprisingly, this was by far the most common complaint. A large number of guests mentioned that the TV's were incredibly tiny, perhaps not much bigger than a laptop screen. Some non-Portuguese speakers also went on to say that they only seemed to be able to pick up Portuguese channels, making their function moot in any event.

While there are some dining options nearby, several guests were disappointed that there were no real food options on the property. They would have liked the convenience of at least being able to walk into a place on-site and have breakfast.

Many guests complained that the Wi-Fi was so poor they really couldn't use it for their purposes. The signal was said not to reach some apartments, and even those with a signal felt it was too slow.
