The rooms were found to be cosy and charming by guests who stayed here. The decor was classic and the furnishings antique which gave the rooms charm. Some rooms had high ceilings and the rooms were kept tidy and clean by housekeeping.

The hotel's location was found to be ideal for guests who stayed here. They were not right in the middle of the central area, but were close enough to walk there. It is also walking distance from the main train station and from restaurants and bars.

If there were guests who lingered in the hallways talking in the corridor or in the next door rooms, other guests could clearly hear the noise. At times, the noise from outside was also difficult to ignore. The noise inside could be heard throughout.

Guests felt they had a bad night's sleep thanks to the hard mattresses they had in the rooms. They would have liked to have better quality mattresses in the rooms.

The Wi-Fi in the rooms was not working well for guests. The Internet did not work well in other areas of the hotel like the breakfast room and lobby area. Guests were disappointed with this amenity.
