Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms have insufficient sound insulation system
The nightlife in the neighbouring area is very lively and noise from outside very easily gets into the room. Loud music from nearby clubs and bars till late night can hamper a good night's sleep. Rooms facing the street are mostly affected.
negative:
Breakfast area gets congested at times
A number of guests have complained about the size of the dining area. They say it is rather small and though there are plenty of seats available, it can get a bit crowded when the hotel has full occupancy or during the peak seasons.
negative:
Intermittent wireless internet signal throughout
Many guests wished that the Wi-Fi signal could be improved throughout the property. The irregular internet signals frustrated many as some rooms did receive any signal. If it does, it could barely hold and always seemed to drop.
