The location of the hotel is wonderful for getting around the city. There is a bus that stops right by the hotel, which travels to Palermo airport. Directly outside is a hop on, hop off tour bus. Guests can also easily walk from the hotel to see the city
The breakfast is a hit with guests. There is a wide range of food on offer from fruit and pastries to hot and cold meats and eggs. The only issue with the buffet is laid out between two rooms and some didn’t realise there was more food options on offer in
Palermo is very busy in terms of traffic and those who chose to use a car found driving in the streets a little stressful. The hotel itself is located on a much-used main street and this leads to traffic noise infiltrating the rooms.
Many of those that stayed at this hotel found the staff, while professional and polite enough, not overly friendly or welcoming. The odd person found some of the reception staff a little cold and unhelpful.
The facility of free onsite parking is very much appreciated by guests. However, some had issues with accessing and exiting the garage. Other cars can block parked vehicles which make exiting or entering somewhat difficult.
