For those guests who arrive outside of normal business hours, you are in luck, because the Garden Inn and Suites in Dallas operate a 24-hour reception area. Guests have described the staff as very accommodating; especially when there are issues late at night with appliances not working, or just a blown light bulb, the staff are always willing to assist.
