Pleasant Welcome.
Cordial and attentive personalities leap to meet the acquaintance of residents first arriving at Seascape Condos. Soon to follow, personnel offer to assist guests with settling into their rooms. No task is too much trouble for the staff of this coastal condominium property, as hospitality lies at the forefront of their agenda.
positive:
Well-Equipped Lodgings.
The provided sleeping configurations are unlike that of most accommodation houses, in that modern conveniences persist throughout every facet of the condos. Conventional ovens, kitchenettes, and flat-screen televisions are but a few inclusive amenities. As a highlight to luxury, granite countertops and tiled flooring secure a sophisticated excellence.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Aging Conditions.
Although well-fortified so as to ensure convenience and comfort, former residents have voiced their malcontent over the aging conditions of certain facilities. Prior discrepancies include torn lampshades, broken light fixtures, and creaking faucets. Stained bedding and curtains have also spawned disappointment.
negative:
Limited Parking.
While Seascape Condos provides visitors with on-site parking, no more than two vehicles are permitted per room. Adding insult to injury, only a handful of spaces are available—and so on a first-come-first-serve basis. Public car parks can be found within a brief walk of the estate, however.
negative:
Bed Bugs.
Most notably of the negative reports, some have found their mattresses to contain bed bugs, biting and detracting from the quality of sleep. Management is quick to relocate guests, if such instances should occur.
