positive:
Good location in Moncton for a road trip stopover.
Situated just off the Trans-Canada Highway to the north of Moncton city centre, this hotel is in a perfect spot if you want to pull over and rest up for a night while travelling through. Also, if you’re after entertainment the Casino New Brunswick is just a seven minute drive away.
positive:
Expect a high standard of customer service here.
The staff working at this hotel really know how to please and you’ll be well looked after throughout your entire stay. If you have any requests, no matter how big or small, they will be dealt with quickly and politely.
positive:
This place is kept spotlessly clean and tidy.
You’ll find it difficult to fault the standard of cleanliness at this hotel, housekeeping do a fantastic job of keeping the entire place looking in great shape. Expect your room to be made up each day and fresh towels to be delivered whenever you need them.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Meals in the hotel restaurant are quite expensive.
If you plan on eating in the hotel restaurant be prepared to fork out a pretty penny to do so. The meals on offer are highly priced, so you don't really get great value for money here.
negative:
Unreliable internet connection from free Wi-Fi.
Business travellers could run into a big problem here if they rely on the internet for work. The free Wi-Fi is often very slow so trying to make a video call can become difficult.
negative:
Noisy and inefficient air conditioning units.

You might get lumbered with a room that has an old inefficient air conditioning unit, so check it works properly when you check in. These poorly maintained air conditioning units can make a lot of noise and disturb you during the night.
