With a location around 20-minutes east of downtown Memphis the hotel represents better value than other hotels nearer to the center and has the added convenience of being surrounded by bars, restaurants, stores and a cinema all of which are within easy walking distance and the larger Oak Court Mall is just ten minutes' drive away as is Memphis International Airport.

There have been many positive mentions of the fitness center in reviews by previous guests who were impressed with the equipment available to use and who found it a great place to burn off some steam and maintain fitness levels during their stay.

The hotel offers a convenient free shuttle service which will take you to the airport so you don't have to arrange transfers yourself. All you need to do is book in advance and the friendly drivers will pick you up and get you where you need to be.

The breakfast has been mentioned in negative reviews by guests who were unimpressed with the lack of choice and also with the fact that items are not replenished so if you get down there later than your fellow guests then you may miss out.

According to reports from some guests cockroaches have been found in some rooms and there have also been reports of bed bugs with some guests being bitten.

As the hotel is located so close to the highway some guests found that the traffic was very noisy and disturbed sleep whilst others also said that the busy highway and high speeds also made it difficult to actually exit the hotel and join the traffic.
