Hotel Florian (Kraków, Poland)

Good Staff  The staff is quite helpful and friendly at the Hotel Florian Kraków and arranged everything quickly that the guests would request for. The friendly staff even helps you arrange car rentals and tours to nearby places, such as Auschwitz and Wieliczka Salt Mine.

The hotel provides budget accommodation and the facilities are basic. Ideal for those guests who look forward to stay for a day or two without spending too much on the hotel. Basic rooms, decent location, nice breakfast, polite staff and station nearby make it a good deal to stay.

Many guests complained that the hotel is outdated and lack cleanliness. Rooms and bathrooms are not cleaned on a daily basis and even the towels and bed linen are old with stains and unclean marks on them. This left a really bad impression on the guests.

Guests complained that the rooms are very basic and were lacking in amenities like there is no soap or shower gel, no clean towels, no iron and hairdryer, no Wi-Fi signals etc. which hampered the experience.

Guests mentioned that the hotel is in a residential area and close to Rakowiecki cemetery and railway track, which is not the best part of Kraków to stay in. There is lot of noise coming from the streets.
