Free Internet access compliments this laid-back hotel’s agreeable location. Straightforward accommodations with contemporary decor provide work desks and flat-screen TVs with Video On Demand channels. Mini-fridges, microwaves and tea/coffee-making facilities are also standard features. Amenities include a coin-operated laundry facility and luggage storage services. Irons and cookware/cutlery can be rented from reception. Even the staff members who don't have an entirely comprehensive command of English go out of their way to ensure every guest's problem/query/concern is suitably addressed.
The vast majority of visitors who've stayed here have noted that this hotel, from top to bottom, always looks and feels supremely clean and tidy.
Very few guests liked the fact that this hotel doesn't provide a free daily room cleaning service. Something to keep in mind if you're on a budget and thinking of sticking around for a while.
It is fair to say that, even by Tokyo standards, the rooms here really are pretty compact. However, it was the size of the in-room bathrooms (cubicles) which visitors were most disgruntled with - they're absolutely tiny!
Numerous guests were unimpressed by the absence of a lift in this three-storey hotel (where the reception is upstairs). The narrowness of the stairs didn't go down very well either.
