Hotel Flamingo (Cozumel, Mexico)

The rooms were found to be nice and comfortable by guests who stayed here. There was air conditioning and fans, as well as cable TV for those who wanted English channels. The bathrooms and rooms were cleaned nicely as well.

The hotel's location was ideal for guests as it was close to the ferry stop that heads to Playa del Carmen, and is a block from the ocean. It is also close to the main plaza but also quiet in the evening hours. There were also various eateries and bars nearby.

Guests felt the hotel was charming and provided for the basic amenities you would need for a stay. It is decorated in a vibrant and reminded them of the island location they were staying in. The relaxed atmosphere resonated throughout the hotel.

The breakfast was found to be too basic for guests who stayed here. Although included in the price, guests did not like the idea of paying extra for things like eggs.

Guests felt the noises heard from outside in the bar and in the corridor was too much to ignore. They also felt that the noise coming from the neighbourhood could be distracting at times.

The air conditioning was found to be too loud by guests who stayed here. It was also not working as strongly as they would have liked, as the rooms were still humid and hot. They would have preferred modern air conditionings.
