Many guests made the pretty broad statement that the hotel had “good facilities”, without really elaborating. Those who did go into specifics seemed to mention the gym, which they really appreciated having access to on the road.

This was perhaps guest's favourite feature of the hotel. Though describing itself as an airport hotel, it is not actually all that close to the airport, and a cab would cost quite a bit. For the most part guests were happy with the speed and reliability of the free shuttle.

Though the on-site café is open 24 hours and serves all meals, there were not too many reviews of lunch and dinner. But the breakfast was often mentioned, with the overwhelming majority saying that it was pretty decent for a business hotel, and seemed to hit the spot.

While billing itself as an airport hotel, several guests pointed out that it really wasn't very close to the airport at all. Guests taking the shuttle seemed not to mind all that much, but those driving were a bit miffed to have to drive many miles from the airport to get to their “airport hotel”.

Many guests seemed to feel that, for a business oriented hotel, they tended to do things a bit too slowly. From check in to service in the restaurant, impatient travellers, for whom time was money, were often left waiting.

While, unfortunately, this is commonplace at most hotels, some guests mentioned that their particular bed request was not honoured by the hotel, with some awkward consequences. Two colleagues travelling together had the difficult choice of how to sleep in a room with one king size bed.
