Hotel Fera Anaheim, a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel (Orange, USA)

The hotel is very close to Disneyland and a number of guests booked it for this reason, noting in their reviews that its location did not disappoint. A number of other guest reviewers also mentioned that the hotel was very convenient to nearby outlets, restaurant row and bars.

A number of guest reviewers made special mention of the excellent state of the art gym facilities. Guests also commented that they thought it was an extra nice touch to find additional water and towels available at the fitness centre.

A number of visitors to the hotel were specifically there to attend a meeting or business function and these travelers noted that the space for their meeting was well laid out and all events were ran smoothly.

The hotel offers valet parking (only) for an additional fee and a number of previous guests to the hotel were not happy that there was not a self park option nearby, consequently they then had to incur the extra fee required to have their car parked by the valet.

Some guest reviewers expressed their disappointment at the nonchalant approach to work by staff that they witnessed during their stay. It seems some staff do no operate with a sense of urgency when attending to guest requests and a number of guests commented that their requests were not dealt with in a timely manner.

Some guests found that their stay was unnecessarily disrupted by old and noisy air-conditioning units which clanged about whilst struggling to maintain an even temperate environment. Some guests felt that the units needed to be replaced immediately.
