The grounds are very well-maintained and the rooms are also kept spotlessly clean. Each apartment has kitchen facilities so if you are travelling on a budget or are staying long term you can self-cater and keep costs down. There is also a television with cable channels and free Wi-Fi available for guests.

Guests feel that they have experienced great hospitality here, mainly due to the attention to detail. Things like ensuring the heating is on in the room prior to arrival when the weather is poor are much appreciated. Guests return time after time and see the place as a home away from home.

Guests feel safe staying in this property. It is located on the outskirts of Melbourne and for those arriving by car there is also secure parking available. The airport is quite close and the M80 is easily accessible from here.  The train station is just across the road and from here you are just a short ride into the city.

It is worth bearing in mind that some rooms are better than others here as some have been refurbished. If you are wanting the best room available it is worth requesting one of the newer rooms.

Depending on which apartment you are allocated some minor road noise may be heard. If you are a particularly light sleeper it may be worth requesting a quieter room.

Some guests have been disappointed to see there is no swimming pool on arrival here.
