Guests cited the easy access to major freeways and nearby shopping malls and restaurants as some of the advantages to staying at the Town Center Inn.

Guests were generally pleased with the reliable and fast Wi-Fi access at this hotel.

While the Town Center Inn received a number of negative comments, some guests found the rooms clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and efficient. They also appreciated the bargain prices which included complimentary breakfast. Construction is still taking place and not all rooms have been updated, but guests in newly renovated rooms enjoyed the efficient showers and spacious bathrooms and many said they would return.

Formerly a Holiday Inn Express, Town Center Inn has been undergoing major renovations for several months and guests posted numerous complaints about construction noise, debris and general inconvenience caused by the on-going work. Some guests felt that this should have been noted on the hotel's web site, others said they wouldn't have stayed had they known about the construction taking place. Some guests complained that elevators were out of service during the construction process, while others said that management seemed unconcerned about inconvenience created.

Some guests expressed concern about the area around the hotel and said they wouldn't feel comfortable being out after dark.

Town Center Inn received numerous complaints from guests ranging from dirty carpets, to stained sheets and worn furnishings. Guests also noted worn and shabby furniture, non functioning ice machines and unpleasant odors.
