Hotel is perfectly located and is very close to iconic destinations in Manhattan such as WTC, Wall Street and Brooklyn Bridge. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel. Past guests have had a pleasant stay because of the awesome level of service offered by the staff. From front desk, housekeeping to service, the staff members are willing to go out of the way to make guests feel welcomed.

As mentioned by some of the past guests, the rooms at Fairfield Inn New York Manhattan-Financial District have thin walls which made their stay unpleasant. Guests were forced to overhear people next door and walking in hallway which in turn lead to a disturbed sleep.

Though the rooms score on cleanliness but the room size is really small. The room is good for people travelling alone, for families with young ones, they might have to put a special request as there is no storage and walking space.

Some of the guests from past have not enjoyed their breakfast to the optimum level, reason being the lack of variety in buffet. Moreover, it has been mentioned in certain instances that buffet breakfast was too crowded and guests were made to wait longer than usual.
