While most of the guests were satisfied with the hotel's guestrooms, some found that the rooms were not as clean as they would have liked. With complaints of cobwebs, stained sheets, and dirty sinks, some guests were left wanting more.

Even though most of the guests enjoyed their stay, others had some minor issues, such as uncomfortable pillows, tasteless eggs and no meat options at breakfast. However, most of these minor inconveniences did not negatively affect the overall stay of these guests.
