Due to its nearness to shopping areas, restaurants, and Interstate-475, most guests are satisfied with the hotel’s extremely accessible position. The hotel also offers guests easy access to business district without sacrificing a comfortable, peaceful stay.

Most guests appreciated the professional yet friendly assistance of the staff. They were more than willing to address any issues faced by the guests, and did everything they can to resolve those issues and provided their special requests.

Aside from having complete amenities, most guests admired the full kitchen provided inside the rooms, and basic equipment such as flat screen televisions, refrigerator, microwave and ironing facilities. Furthermore, guests were also able to enjoy a nice hot shower due to the sufficient water pressure.

Guests were extremely bothered by the awful smell combination of onions, disgusting body odor, and distinct smell of tobacco in the rooms. The mixture of these smell were nauseating and uncomfortable to most guests despite the use of air fresheners.

The substandard quality of mattresses or beds provided at the hotel is disappointing according to previous guests. They were bumpy and have the tendency to move and creak while guests tried to change sleeping positions. As a result, some of the guests even had to sleep at the lazy boy provided inside the rooms or sleeping bags.

Because of the loud noise coming from the television at the other rooms and heavy footsteps at the hallway, most previous guests had difficulty sleeping all night. Therefore, the use of earplugs is highly recommended.
