Overall, guests were pleased with the Extended Stay America-Philadelphia. The rooms were spacious, staff members were extremely helpful, and the amenities of a full kitchen and free Wi-Fi, made for an enjoyable weekend get-a-way.

Looking for a hotel that is close to restaurants, shopping, and the airport? Then this is the hotel to stay at. Previous guests appreciated the short commute to the airport, especially for those early morning flights.

Immediately upon arriving, you are greeted by friendly staff. The staff at this Extended Stay America-Philadelphia will go out of their way to help with restaurant suggestions, providing the quickest route to area venues, and make your stay a relaxing one.

While some guests reported that the cleanliness of the hotel was adequate, what was upsetting was that items that were advertised as accommodations (plates, utensils, etc.) were not stocked in the room. Guests had to go back down to the front desk and pick these items up. The items were placed in a disgusting, broken plastic bin.

Breakfast, if that's what you want to call it, was a festival of carbs. Pre-packaged muffins, a few apples (which were bruised), and packets of oatmeal and hot water is what was considered the fresh start breakfast. Guests were extremely disappointed.

The condition of the hotel room was deplorable. Grimy carpets, sticky tabletops, dust in the room's corners, and long hairs in the sink are several of the complaints lodged by previous residents. The bathtub as missing a railing and in its place was stuffed toilet paper in the hole. Deplorable conditions made for an extremely uncomfortable stay.
