Positive Reviews
positive:
Great staff, great attitude
The staff here makes all the difference. There are friendly with such a helpful and cheerful attitude. They act quickly to solve problems and address concerns and don't hesitate to fill as many requests as they can. The customer service served up here is far from a budget offering.
positive:
You'll get your money's worth
The price paid for the rooms is a definite bargain considering all that you receive in exchange. The rooms are spacious and the kitchenettes come with all the amenities for feeling right at home. The TV channels provide a good variety and the free breakfast and free WiFi adds to the value.
positive:
Friendly for fliers
This hotel has a great location to the airport. It is located just next to it and you won't have to brave those crowded freeways and highways. There is a fast-food restaurant located within walking distance for a quick bite and everything else you would need within a quick drive.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Aromas roam the property
Non-smoking is no guarantee of freshness. These rooms still smell smoky and compete with the smells of dinner cooking in other rooms. The carpets also smell like mildew and must.
negative:
Housekeeping should occur more frequently
Housekeeping issues are lax and that attitude shows on the ill quality of rooms and carpets. The carpets are stained and the furniture is dusty and dirty. The bedding also has stains and the low quality makes sleep feel scratchy and uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel needs a deep cleaning and upgarde from top to bottom.
negative:
Low quality
The hotel looks used and worn throughout the property. The hallways are dimly lit and the common areas are tired. There are no ice or vending machines and the lack of other amenities force guests to stay in their rooms. Also, the free breakfast is little more than prepackaged carbohydrates.
