The performance of the air conditioning system inside the rooms is very satisfying according to guests. It was able to reach the right temperature in a short period of time - more than sufficient to help the guests relax.

Due to its close proximity to fast food chains and restaurants, most guests appreciated the hotel’s convenient location. Furthermore, guests can go to nearby establishments within a short walking or driving distance, which is very practical and convenient.

Most guests complained about the unpleasant smell of moldy food and stale cigarettes despite efforts of the housekeeping team to disinfect. It was very irritating and uncomfortable for most guests so they had to purchase some air fresheners such as Lysol on their own just to kill the smell.

The lack of enough decent food choices served was one of the main reasons why guests were not able to enjoy their experience. Grab-and-go breakfast was small packages, and the food quality was very poor. Therefore, guests are advised to check out nearby restaurants such as Logan’s Road House.

The different noises coming from the hallway such as loud footsteps and loud conversation from the other rooms were displeasing for most guests. In addition, the constant buzzing sound of the heater and television was also very annoying and uncomfortable.
