The area is frequented by the motel's guests and some found this motel to be a good location choice for what they needed to do in the area. Some guests traveling from one place to another were happy to have a good rest stop for the night. It is conveniently located to the shopping mall and many restaurants.

Many guests enjoyed the fact their accommodations came with full kitchens which was a good option for those who wanted to stay in and cook instead of going out to eat. The extended stay option was a good choice for guests who wanted to be more independent.

The staff members are remembered by name by some of the guests who had a positive stay. They greeted guests with a smile and helped with any requests made which was a nice surprise to tired guests.

The guests who had reserved beforehand, found their reservations to not have been respected and not found. For guests, this was a true disappointment because they had reserved for a particular price and then found their reservation was lost and if they wanted a room needed to pay a higher price.

Some guests found the breakfast in the morning to be very scarce for what it offers and was not satisfactory enough. Some guests found they only had a choice of coffee and packed pastries or fruit. The expectations were a bit more and some found it to be a poor start to their morning.

The motel is found to need a refurbishment for some guests and the establishment to be in need of a good cleaning. Some guests had no cutlery, the linens and towels were rough, the carpet old and dirty and furnishings from decades ago. For what is paid for, some found a little more effort needed to be made.
