The management staff is friendly and does work hard to solve problems. Discounts are offered for unpleasant situations and management will move guests to other rooms upon request. The housekeeping staff is also friendly and courteous.

There is a swimming pool, which isn't standard for most of the hotels in this chain. The rooms are spacious and do provide a big enough work area that it's possible to conduct business.
