Due to the extremely kind and pleasant attitude of the staff, most guests are able to enjoy their stay. The staff, most especially the one in charge at the front desk, was very accommodating and friendly. They offered remarkable service and tried their best to cater to all the needs of the guests.

The hotel is located to almost all the important and major establishments in Aurora such as the Interstate 225, restaurants, shopping malls, and transportation area according to most guests. Thus, guests are able to enjoy going in and out of the hotel easily by foot or via short drive.

Most guests were satisfied with the price of the rooms! It was cheap and quite competitive which automatically made it a practical choice within the area especially for budget travelers. It was perfect for short stays and backpacking trips due to its affordable price range.

Guests were disappointed with the dirty and unsupervised rooms. The toilet area was filthy and there were bugs and insects. Moreover, there were some trash left under the beds, bathroom area had molds within the walls and floor, and carpets smelled bad which needed some serious cleaning.

Most guests complained about the foul odor within the hotel premises especially the rooms. It smelled like old cigarettes that lingered despite efforts to spray disinfectants and air fresheners. The rooms have this distinct smell of tobacco and illegal drugs which were appalling for guests.

Aside from granola bars and fruits that were not fresh, the breakfast selection was limited according to previous guests. Some even experienced running out of a few basic food choices such as oatmeal.
