Hotel Exe Cities Reforma (Mexico City, Mexico)

Guests were in awe of the high quality rooms provided at the hotel. They were modernly designed, well-maintained, and had all the basic room amenities such as television, comfortable shower area with rainfall shower design, Turkish sauna, towels, and bathrobes.

The lighting inside the rooms was wonderful and very modern. Guests were able to enjoy staying inside the rooms since they had no issues with the lighting design from the bathroom to the hallway area. The management has installed rope lights that can be manually controlled, so guests can experiment with the perfect lighting they prefer inside the rooms depending on their moods.

The exceptional quality of the mattresses was very relaxing for most guests. The size of the beds was sufficient to their needs and was extremely clean and comfortable. As a result, they were able to sleep soundly at night.

Most guests were disappointed with the poor communication skills of some of the staff especially the front desk personnel. They expressed that the staff needed more proper training since they were not very attentive or friendly especially when handling special requests.

The weak and unstable Wi-Fi was irritating according to previous guests especially for specific rooms such as corner rooms or rooms at the end of the hallway area. The speed was so slow and guests had to look for a better spot or signal just to connect to the Wi-Fi.

Guests had a bit of difficulty functioning normally inside the rooms due to the lack of proper air-conditioning system. Although fans were provided as alternative, guests were still not satisfied since they were not enough to cool the place especially during warm seasons.
