Guests appreciated the lovely location of the hotel which was a ten-minute walk to Fira's Main Square away from the traffic jams of the city life. Rooms gave a beautiful view of the ocean. Staff was very informative regarding many activities that guests could take up and nearby restaurants. This helped the guests to plan their trip properly. They were also very helpful and courteous.
Bus services to the places of interest and airport were very convenient for the guests. They were spared from the expenses and travel time by taxis and local transport. Guests could even avail the VIP bus pick up/drop off facility with lounge music. Greek nights comprising of dance, music and food every Friday was the highlight of the stay for many.
Rooms are very clean and cozy. They are done up well with lots of space and beautiful views of the ocean on the east of Santorini. It also had all the furniture like bedside tables, closet, make-up counter and desk that was required in the room. Canopy bed is very comfortable. Pool area is amazing and guests loved relaxing here in the sunlongers.
The erratic Wi-Fi connection in the entire island was a huge disappointment for the guests. Having a bad Internet connection meant that they could not work online and stay connected.
Few guests felt that the shower space was a little too cramped up and inconvenient for a comfortable bath.
There was a strong stench of sewage coming from the bathroom. Guests felt that the reason for this could be some plumbing issues that were neglected.
