Travellers loved the bathrobes and slippers that are provided in the rooms, and enjoyed the upscale vanities too, while most visitors felt quite spoilt. Many guests used the robes to go down to the pool area to relax on the sun loungers. You can even order a drink while you relax.

Guests have complained that there are only two elevators at Eurostars Oasis Plaza, which means you might have to wait a while before you get to where you need to go. Many guests just end up using the stairs, and usually get there faster.

The on-site parking is not complimentary, and quite a few visitors feel that it is a little on the pricey side. Most guests have suggested that the parking be included in the price of the room rate. Regardless, you can rest assured that your vehicle will be safe and secure.
