The hotel enjoys a fabulous location in the centre of Jerez just off the main square and where you will find many different shops, bars and restaurants within the immediate vicinity so you will always find something to keep you occupied and the hotel itself is well signposted and there is a car park so you shouldn't have any problems in finding it.
You shouldn't encounter any issues with a language barrier here as the staff speak very good English and they will give you a warm welcome in addition to always going out of their way to ensure that you have a very pleasurable stay here and furthermore they are also more than happy to recommend things to see and do here including booking sherry tasting experiences which you simply must do when staying in Jerez, the home of sherry.
Rooms are well appointed and have a modern and contemporary feel to them with tasteful decoration, comfortable beds and a really nice bathroom with many rooms having separate baths and showers.
There isn't a great deal of choice of food offered at breakfast with some guests reporting that the food is not hot enough and the quality of food, especially the fruit, not the best.
The rooftop pool is not very big and according to reports from some previous guests it is not even big enough to properly swim in and is more like a hot tub than a swimming pool.
Other than the breakfast buffet there is no on site restaurant so you will have to go out for lunch and dinner, but you won't have any trouble in locating somewhere that will sell good food at good prices.
