Guests are consistently pleased with the standard of the bedrooms at this hotel. While not overly lavish, the accommodation is clean and comfortable with decent quality beds. Those guests whose rooms overlooked Puerta del Sol Square found the extra cost worthwhile.

Although many guests found the rooms nice and peaceful, some others describe the hotel as quite noisy. It likely depends on the room you are allocated but you may find yourself disturbed by people in the hallways and also by the activity in the square outside the property.

Feedback about the quality of the Wi-Fi is a little mixed. Some guests encountered no problems but others were unable to get online at all. It seems that the signal is stronger in rooms closer to the reception area.
