Hotel Essence Hoi An (Hoi An, Vietnam)

The free shuttle offered by the hotel, which takes guests to the old part of town as well as the nearby beaches, was thought to be a nice amenity by many guests. They did not have to worry about transportation since the shuttle is an all-day amenity.

The staff members were said to be very friendly and people who went above and beyond what some guests were accustomed to. Even guests traveling with kids were impressed with how the staff took care of them.

Many guests were pleased to see beautiful gardens in a tropical like setting and a laid-back atmosphere. The outdoor swimming pool was also found to be very nice and added to the relaxing environment. Guests were able to relax in the hotel with ease.

Some guests found the restaurant food to be a bit bland and not tasty enough. They thought the food was not up to par with the rest of the hotel, and would have liked improvements here.

Some guests did not enjoy the outdoor pool in particular because of its immense popularity. Some thought it was too crowded to feel comfortable or to have a relaxing swim.

Some guests found their rooms to be too noisy and felt the noise was disruptive to the point of being annoying. The rooms along the road were exceptionally noisy, especially in the early morning. The next door rooms were also noisy at times.
