Hotel Encosta do Lago Resort Club (Quinta do Lago, Portugal)

The hotel is close to plenty of eateries, supermarkets and bars. Faro Beach is just a few minutes' drive from the building. The hotel's location makes it very convenient for travellers as it is less than 10 minute drive from Faro International Airport Airport.

The members of staff are very qualified in their duties. The cleaning team pays special attention to all luxurious rooms and leave them looking very clean. Room service is also delivered on time and any mistakes are quickly corrected. Making sure that guests have a satisfying and peaceful stay at the hotel is their priority.

The breakfast buffet provided is fresh, well laid out and plentious. Guests on special diets are well accommodated as there is a wide variety of items on offer. Majority were thrilled by the different kinds of dishes that were available.

Though it's a personal preference, a good number of guests complained about the mattresses enough to warrant a concern. Some were dissatisfied with the quality of mattresses and pillows provided pointing out that they were too hard.

A number of guests were disappointed to find out that they couldn't check in after 6pm because the reception area was closed at that time. This was mostly evident on weekends and those affected were the ones who got caught up and arrived late and thus having no one to check them in.

Some guests voiced their concerns regarding the expensiveness of the accommodation. They felt that they were overcharged as compared what was being offered in rooms. Others felt they did not get god value for the money they spent.
