Hotel Encanto Riviera (Playa del Carmen, Mexico)

This hotel is situated in a perfect location that is close to everything.  Guests reported that a beautiful beach, grocery stores, restaurants, retail shops, night clubs, tourist attractions and the main street of the town are only a short walk away.

The guest rooms at this hotel are very large and stalked with more amenities than one would expect. Guests reported that the rooms are elegantly-decorated, everything is neat and tidy and the beds are comfortable.

The hotel's swimming pool is located on the rooftop where it overlooks some spectacular views of the surrounding area. There are plenty of lounge chairs and the pool itself is spacious and relaxing.

Guests reported that staff members don't seem to care about guests or any issues that arise with them. There is often no one around to answer questions or to assist with anything, they are unhelpful when things go wrong and offer no apologies or compensat

There are a lot of parties at this hotel and guests reported that these parties tend to get loud with drunken, yelling partiers coming and going at all hours. There is a lot of noise coming from traffic on the road outside and the nearby bus station.
