The area around the hotel is so pretty and relaxing you wouldn't think the downtown area is only a few kilometres away. Many attractions are nearby and a shuttle takes guests to the night markets. The airport is a short drive away.

Guests reported that the meals are bland and poor-quality with very little to choose from. Not enough care goes into preparing the meals which are undercooked, overcooked and simply slapped together and items run out frequently.

Guests reported that there are insects, dead and alive, everywhere including the rooms. There are dead flies and various other bugs on window ledges and live bugs crawling around everywhere. Guests also reported being eaten by mosquitoes day and night.

The very small rooms feature uncomfortable beds and a low standard of cleanliness and maintenance. Guests reported poor quality towels and bedding, a mouldy smell, small showers and malfunctioning amenities.
