The hotel is located just off interstate 670 and is just minutes from Columbus airport which makes it very handy for travelers and downtown Columbus is only around a 15-minute drive away where there is lots and lots to see and do. Within easy walking distance of the hotel there are many different restaurants and Ohio Dominican University is also just a short walk away.

The shuttle service offered by the hotel runs regular trips to the airport and also to the surrounding area such as Easton Town Center which is a large shopping mall just ten minutes' drive away. The drivers are very friendly and are more than happy to help with any luggage you may have.

There is a good choice of food to choose from at breakfast with something for everybody's tastes whether it is a traditional cooked option featuring eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns and all the usual fare or a lighter option with oatmeal, yoghurts, pastries and fresh fruit.

According to reports from previous guests the walls are so thin that it is possible to hear guests in other room quite clearly and when they enter their room it actually sounds like they are coming in yours.

The cleanliness of the rooms has received negative reviews with unpleasant stains on furniture and dirty carpets making walking round barefoot a horrible experience.

Whereas some staff have been complimented for their customer service there have also been mentions of some staff not being very welcoming and not really going out of their way to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay.
