The suites at the hotel are extremely spacious according to guests who point out that the separate seating area is nice to have. In addition to all this room, the accommodations also come equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge and two TVs.

Visitors state that the complimentary, made to order breakfast served at the hotel each morning was a winner. You will find an omelet station as well as bacon and sausage being served. Breakfast also comes with pastries, fruit and several other options to choose from.

The hotel has an evening reception each night where guests can come down to the lobby and enjoy complimentary beverages and snacks. Travelers praised this event and note that is nice of the hotel to host.

While the customer service at the hotel isn't terrible, a few guests report that their interactions with employees did not go as smoothly as you would normally expect. Visitors add that the attitude of some of the staff could be improved upon.

The hotel does offer Wi-Fi but it is not included in the price of the room. A handful of travelers say that it would be better if the Wi-Fi was available on a complimentary basis.

A couple of guests complain that the sleeper sofa in the rooms is not very comfortable and can be rather hard to get some rest on. Visitors note that you can sometimes feel the springs of the sofa bed which is less than ideal.
