Nice neighborhood.
Guests found themselves very well-situated in a hotel that provided easy access to many Phoenix or Tempe sights. Golf courses were a short drive away, as was the Desert Botanical Gardens. Sports enthusiasts had no shortage of venues to visit within close proximity, including baseball at Chase Field, and football at the University of Phoenix Stadium.

Awesome pool.
Swimmers will be delighted to find an Olympic-sized pool with plenty of shade, perfect for swimming laps. Guests found the pool to be kept at a refreshing temperature for the hot Arizona sun.
positive:
Great for groups.
Families with kids will appreciate the pull-out couches in separate rooms. Groups of friends traveling together also noted the convenient lay-out of suites, with the bedrooms on either side of the bathroom, offering maximum privacy.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Could use some sprucing up.
Some visitors were surprised to find that the hotel seemed to be losing a battle with wear and tear. Stained sinks, scratched toilet seats, and rusty bathtubs were some of the concerns, along with carpet that needed a good deep-clean, if not replacing.
negative:
Noisy at times.
Guests hoping to get away from it all were a bit disappointed by this hotel's busy location. Just off of the highway and beside a major intersection, the ever-present noise of traffic was too much for some spending the night.
negative:
Minor inconveniences.
Guests listed a range of minor to major inconveniences, including an extra surcharge for Wi-Fi, and the inability to properly control their room temperature. Some guests experiencing an unusually chilly Arizona night were helpless to warm up their rooms, while others felt the air-conditioning failed to keep up with the heat. Overeager housekeepers wanting to get into rooms in the early hours was also an issue for some guests.
