Negative Reviews
negative:
Time for refurbishment..
The Embassy Suites Colorado Springs is an older building, and guests widely describe the furnishings and decor as dated and wornout. On the bright side, an interior renovation of the guest rooms is currently underway.
negative:
Housekeeping and maintenance issues..
A few guests returned from a day of sight-seeing to find their rooms had not been made up, or else found that they had been serviced a bit too hastily. Others were bothered by maintenance issues related to bathroom fixtures or room climate.
negative:
Bathrooms on the small side..
Several guests were surprised by the size of the bathrooms in relation to the suites overall, noting that there was really only room for one person at a time, an inconvenience for families with small children.
