The buildings are really well-kept; however they are starting to become a little outdated. Guests have commented on the fact that the building, in general, could do with a little TLC here and there.

Guests have returned home, only to discover that there has been an error with their bill. It does sometimes take a little bit of time to correct, but the courteous staff, together with management always correct any unintentional mistakes.

A couple of visitors have reported mold in the bathrooms at the Embassy Suites Austin-North, especially on the curtains. Others have found some mold around the taps as well. Nonetheless, the housekeeping services were quick to replace, or clean mold found by visitors.
