Positive Reviews
positive:
Excellent value for money
Some guests rave about the incredible value for money they receive here. They accept it is not the most lavish 4-star hotel in the world, but for all that they get on a half-board basis they can't complain! The drinks are very reasonably priced and it is kept very clean.
positive:
Quiet ambiance
Lots of clients appreciate the quiet ambiance, with no kids running around or loud music. On the other hand, a few people find that the hotel has no atmosphere and is like an old people's home!
positive:
Staff are very nice
A lot of guests found the staff to be very friendly. Some guests don't share the same opinion, but more often than not the comments are positive. Most found staff to be very reactive and nice, devoted to their job and to their guests.
Negative Reviews
negative:
In a state of decline?
With the dramatic reduction in visitors to Tunisia recently, the hotel, according to some repeat visitors, has gone into serious decline. It looks shabby and old and past its best. Some think that it is dirty and it is certainly not worth its 4-star rating. A lot of guests feel that the hotel has the potential to be restored to its former glories, but needs renovating.
negative:
Food, a bit repetitive
Some guests really like the buffet food. For many it is OK, considering the price they are paying. Some are not so easy to please. They find the food lacks variety and it becomes boring after a few days. The breakfast in particular seemed poor, especially the orange juice!
negative:
Beach not nice
A lot of guests don't think much of the private beach. It is too small, rocky and the water is dirty and polluted. It is not directly, or easily accessible from the hotel either.
