The rooms are nothing fancy and luxurious, but some guests were happy to stay in a comfortable bed, have a nice mini fridge for their items and a working bathroom. It is a good choice for a short-term stay.

The front desk staff members as well as the housekeeping are said to be nice and friendly. They made guests feel important as a guest and they helped with directions of the area. The staff would talk to guests and cared about their wants if there were particular requests such as a change in rooms.

The continental breakfast is found to be satisfactory for most guests who were happy to have a free offering of items in the morning. There were basics like coffee and tea, pastries and juices. Most people could find an item to eat.

Some guests felt the price paid for their rooms was not worth it. The size of the rooms and bathrooms is too small to the point where you could not shut the doors comfortably. Some thought their pillows were too hard and there were not enough amenities.

The rooms were not cleaned well enough for some who noticed that touching things like the microwaves and telephones would send some people to wash their hands. One guest, even went to buy cleaning sheets to disinfect the area. Some found carpets to have stains on them.

There were some guests who had problems with the way there payments were handled. Some thought they had to pay one price and instead were given a higher price to pay. One guest was told to pay even though payment was made already.
