Negative Reviews
negative:
Busy Interstate traffic
Given this hotel's close proximity to Interstate 70, it is perhaps unsurprising that there is a degree of noise disturbance from the heavy traffic. Guests report hearing traffic noise in their rooms at times which was slightly annoying. So, if you want a more restful night, try and secure a room at the back of the hotel if possible.

Breakfast could be improved
Guests aren't particularly impressed with the free Easy Starts continental breakfast - the range of items on offer is limited and somewhat disappointing. Instead, guests often choose to eat elsewhere for breakfast with a popular option being the nearby Waffle House.
negative:
Front desk staff not always efficient
Guests would like to see the standard of service at this hotel raised to a higher level - at times guests were required to wait for several minutes before a member of staff appeared at the front desk.
