Econo Lodge Cherokee is close enough to pretty much everywhere you will want to go. It's near to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Harrahs Casino, as well as being a short drive into Bryson City and the Smoky Mountain Railroad. There are plenty of restaurants and shops a short drive away and some within walking distance.

Staff at this hotel are very friendly, as well as being really professional and courteous. They will greet you warmly and will look after all of your needs during your stay. They can also give you some useful tips on the best places to eat and to visit.

The property displays a pleasingly high level of cleanliness and tidiness, both in public areas and in guestrooms.

While Econo Lodge Cherokee is certainly clean, you might notice a smoky smell in your guestroom, even if it is a non-smoking room. Whether this is because previous guests have flouted the rules or because it is drifting in from other rooms, it may be noticeable. Sometimes this is something of a musty odor to the place as well.

The breakfast here is just about ok, but don't expect too much or you will be disappointed. The area in which it is served is quite tight as well.
