Most guests of this hotel have found the reception staff to be quite friendly. In addition, even though this is a French speaking area, the customer service staff speaks very good English, making it easy to communicate with them.

Numerous guests have appreciated the location of this hotel, as it is just 20 minutes from Old Quebec and 3.6 kilometres from Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport. There are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area, as well.

Rooms on the bottom floor have a sliding door that you can park right outside of when unloading your luggage. Guests found this features to be extremely convenient, as it made it easy to unload their vehicles without having to carry any bags through the lobby or up the stairs.

Past guests have not had good things to say about the hotel's breakfast. This meal is served in a small room and lacks variety. Also, the food is said to be poor in quality, leading to many guests looking elsewhere for food in the morning.

There have been complaints about a bad smell in the corridors of this property. Guests haven't been able to pinpoint what is causing this smell, but have said that it has also made its way into some of the guest rooms.

Guests have complained about the fact that this hotel doesn't have an elevator. Although the property only has two floors, guests with lots of luggage or who are suffering from mobility issues would have appreciated having a lift.
